How We Picked This List
Three filters:
- Active in last 12 months - firms with at least one new investment recorded on Crunchbase since June 2025.
- Foreign-founder friendly - firms that have funded at least one non-US-headquartered company in the past 24 months.
- Quality of partner network - partner-level LinkedIn presence and willingness to engage with cold inbound.
The list mixes well-known funds (Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia, Index, NFX, Sequoia Capital) with active-but-quieter pre-seed and seed firms (BoxGroup, Hustle Fund, Long Journey Ventures). It also includes well-known angels who routinely lead pre-seed rounds.
