How Much Does Foundersuite Cost in 2026?

Foundersuite is a fundraising CRM with an investor database. As of October 2026 it has a free Basic plan, and paid plans with annual-billing prices of $745 (Silver), $1,069 (Gold) and $1,609 (Platinum). What Foundersuite Is and How It Works

Foundersuite describes its flow in four steps: search a database it puts at 216,000 investors, add leads to the Investor CRM, use the "Get Intro" tool to find a warm introduction, and close the round with its Deal Docs. By its own count the database covers VC firms, family offices, PE firms, LPs and lenders, plus 150,000 individual angels and HNW investors and several thousand angel groups, incubators and accelerators. Search filters by name or keyword, investor type, industry and location.

Each investor is a card on a board you customize, and cards move through your funnel stages. On each card you can log type, priority, lead or co-invest status and amount committed, add tasks and calls, sync your calendar and attach the term sheet or deck you sent. Connect your email to see every conversation with that investor.

Collaboration is free: co-founders, advisors and existing investors can join your account, add leads and tag themselves as a "connector". Nylas says Foundersuite has used its Email API since 2018, including for two-way sync across Gmail and Outlook, and a May 2026 press release adds personalized sends with open tracking.

Its homepage also lists product features for investors, accelerators and intermediaries. A May 2026 press release says Foundersuite is developing an autonomous fundraising AI agent for investor discovery, outreach sequencing and follow-up.

Foundersuite Pricing in 2026

Per Foundersuite's pricing page, as of October 2026 (annual billing, which includes a 10% discount):

Silver$745200Intercom/EmailNo label shown
Gold$1,0691,000Intercom/EmailPaid add-on
Platinum$1,6091,500Zoom supportPaid add-on

Monthly billing also exists, but we could not read its prices in the pricing-page text we reviewed. Divided by 12, the annual prices come to about $62, $89 and $134 a month. The plan cards list unlimited users and pipelines, email integration, personalized email campaigns and Get Warm Intro, and the page offers a live 1:1 Zoom strategy session with pitch review.

Third-party listings differ on limits. Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice list Silver, Gold and Platinum at $62, $89 and $134 a month, matching those figures, but with different caps: 25 investors on Basic, 75 on Silver and 800 per board on Gold. Use the pricing page for limits.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled, and Foundersuite says it does not issue credit or refunds for non-use or for cancelling between billing cycles.

What Foundersuite Does Well

  • A genuinely free tier. Basic costs $0 with no card and includes the database. Round Funded has no free tier, only a 3-day trial that needs a card, so Foundersuite wins for founders who want to start at zero.
  • A lower entry price. Silver works out to about $62 a month on annual billing against $99 a month for Round+, though its pipeline cap is 200 investors against 2,500.
  • Warm intros. Get Warm Intro looks for intro paths through your LinkedIn, email and calendar data. Round Funded does not offer an intro-path tool.
  • Investor updates. Foundersuite lists an Investor Update tool among its products. Round Funded does not offer investor update reporting.
  • Team collaboration. Unlimited users, with advisors and existing investors able to tag themselves as connectors.
  • Support. GetApp scores customer support at 4.8 and says reviewers widely call it responsive. One 2023 Capterra reviewer said the customer service "could be a master-class in how to get that right".

Where Foundersuite Falls Short

  • Small caps on lower plans. Basic holds 75 investors per pipeline and Silver 200, and the plan cards list unlimited pipelines, so the cap applies to each pipeline.
  • Data Room costs extra on the top tiers. The pricing page lists it as a paid add-on on Gold and Platinum.
  • Data completeness. A general partner reviewing on GetApp reported "incomplete data while searching for investors".
  • Discipline required. Capterra's summary notes the CRM requires disciplined data entry, and some startups find plan limits and long fundraising cycles costly.
  • Mixed UX comments. An undated Software Advice review found the edit and save control hard to see. A January 2023 Capterra reviewer said the UX for individual investors "could be more developed", though they found nothing significant to dislike for the price. A December 2017 Capterra review called it "kinda clunky and overpriced for an early stage startup".

Foundersuite wins on a free start, a lower entry price, team pipelines, warm intros, investor updates and a database that claims to reach LPs and lenders. Round Funded wins when your raise is volume outreach: a list filtered to investors with a recent check, emails drafted for you and sent from your Gmail, a larger single pipeline, and a free Data Room on every plan. Who Should Use Foundersuite

  • Use Foundersuite if you want to start free, your team and advisors will share one pipeline, warm intros matter more than cold email, or you want investor updates.
  • Look elsewhere if you want a data room without the Gold and Platinum add-on, outreach drafted by AI and sent from your own Gmail, or a filter for investors who wrote a check recently (we found none in the pages we reviewed). Our guide to investor CRMs compares more options.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Foundersuite cost?

As of October 2026, Foundersuite's pricing page lists Basic at $0, Silver at $745 a year, Gold at $1,069 and Platinum at $1,609, billed annually with a 10% discount. That is roughly $62, $89 and $134 a month. Monthly billing also exists, but we could not read its prices. The plans differ by investors per pipeline (75, 200, 1,000 and 1,500), support and a Data Room add-on on the top two.

Does Foundersuite have a free plan?

Yes. The Basic plan is free forever, needs no credit card and includes the investor database, with 75 investors per pipeline. Round Funded takes a different approach: no free tier, but a 3-day free trial on Round+ and Round Pro (card required), plus free tools like Investor Match, which returns the 10 best-fit active investors.

Is Foundersuite legit and worth it?

Foundersuite is an established product: its About page says the flagship Investor CRM launched in 2016, and Capterra shows 4.7 from 110 reviews. It suits founders who value a free start, team collaboration and warm intros. The trade-off is capacity: Basic caps a pipeline at 75 investors and Silver at 200; larger caps cost $1,069 or $1,609 a year.

What are the best Foundersuite alternatives?

Round Funded for active investors, Gmail outreach and a free Data Room; Signal by NFX and Visible Connect for free VC lists, per Articuler's comparison; and PitchBook, which one Foundersuite reviewer on Capterra said they considered. Pick by job: research only, or research plus outreach and a pipeline.

Does Foundersuite include a data room?

Foundersuite has a virtual data room, and its pricing page lists the Data Room as a paid add-on on Gold and Platinum; we could not tell what Basic and Silver include. On Round Funded, the Data Room (deck, traction, team and ask on one link) is free to build and share on every plan, with per-investor tracked links and analytics on Round+ and above.

Is Round Funded affiliated with Foundersuite?

No. Round Funded is a competing product. This is an independent comparison built from Foundersuite's public pages and published third-party sources, with facts as of October 2026.

Final Word

Foundersuite is a free-to-start fundraising CRM with warm intros, investor updates and team features, priced largely by pipeline size. If your raise depends on reaching many investors who wrote a check recently and emailing them from your own inbox, Round Funded is built for that job.
