Per-page pricing was built for M&A, not seed rounds
Enterprise VDRs price by page because bankers upload tens of thousands of them and the buyer pays. A seed data room is 100 to 400 pages, so you would be paying the minimum commitment for a fraction of the capacity.

Why do some data rooms charge per page?
Per-page pricing dates from M&A due diligence, where a seller uploads tens of thousands of pages and the buyer covers the fee. It penalizes small rooms: a 300-page seed data room still pays the vendor minimum commitment.
Do investors need paid seats in my data room?

What is the cheapest data room for a startup?
