What SeedBlink Is and How It Works

SeedBlink says it was founded in early 2020 by four senior executives and was the first crowdinvesting platform in Central and Eastern Europe. Its help center describes it as an equity crowdfunding platform where investors join startup funding rounds. Its Ventures product is licensed under the EU crowdfunding regulation (ECSPR), and the company calls itself EU-regulated and ESMA registered. In 2022 it acquired Symbid, a Dutch crowdfunding platform, and inherited its user base, per SeedBlink's reply on Trustpilot.

For founders, the work splits into two layers. CORE is preparation and management: an AI fundraising assistant, AI pitch deck review, an investor database with matching, funding simulations, cap table management, investor updates and a private data room. Opening a private round is execution, with deals structured as SAFE/ASA, convertible notes or direct equity. SeedBlink moved from SPVs to a nominee structure based in Austria, runs secondary marketplaces, and has an embedded legal practice, SeedBlink Legal, run by Andrei Hancu Law Office.

SeedBlink Pricing in 2026

Per SeedBlink's pricing page:

  • CORE: €50 a month, launched in September 2025 at that price.
  • Private round: €250 per 6 months plus a one-time structuring fee of 1.5% (min €3K, max €15K). The first 15 investors are included, then €50 each, up to €2M before custom pricing.
  • Done-with-you fundraising: 5,000 plus a success fee (currency not shown in the section we reviewed), with a dedicated specialist and investor outreach support.
  • ESOP management: from €1,250 per 6 months.
  • Syndicates: a 1.5% structuring fee (min €3K) covering 5 years of administration, then a 0.75% admin fee (min €2K), both negotiable. The pricing FAQ also mentions renewal at 1% of the invested amount, minimum €2,000.

Investor accounts are free, with fees only when you invest or run a syndicate. Secondary trades carry transaction fees. SeedBlink says there are no per-seat fees.

What SeedBlink Is Built For, and Its Limits

What SeedBlink is built for

SeedBlink is built to take a European round from preparation to closing on one platform: a company profile, data room and cap table, then legal structuring of the round, with investors held through its Austrian nominee structure. It also serves investors who join those rounds and trade on its secondary marketplaces.

Where it falls short

  • Fees stack up. A round means CORE, the 6-month fee, a structuring fee of at least €3K and €50 per investor past 15. One reviewer on Trustpilot (February 2026) wrote that "the fees SB charges are high and the quality just doesn't match that."
  • Investor-side service complaints. One Trustpilot reviewer (November 2025) said a secondary-market investment was unprocessed after almost half a year, with emails and calls unanswered. The February 2026 reviewer said SeedBlink was unprepared for a post-IPO lock-up.
  • Little software review coverage. G2 shows no reviews and no pricing details.
  • Unclear trial terms. No trial length was found in the pages we reviewed.
