PitchLeague Review: What It Is and Who It Fits

PitchLeague is an AI pitch deck coach from Sequel that calls itself 100% free: slide-by-slide feedback, an investability score and a public leaderboard for pre-seed and seed founders. We found no investor search or email tools in the pages we reviewed. For the step after the deck, Round Funded is the pick, covering 60,000+ active investors.

What PitchLeague Is and How It Works

Per Aigregator, you upload a deck as a PDF of up to 10MB and get scores for clarity, uniqueness, persuasiveness and investment potential, plus a suggestion for each slide. You can revise and re-upload to watch your score change, and submitted decks are ranked on a public leaderboard. The site also promises more visibility with investors; we found no detail on which investors.

An April 2023 Substack post said the first version ran on OpenAI's GPT-4 and scored decks on length, structure, spelling and clarity. Aigregator now lists different categories, and the pages we reviewed give limited detail on how scores are calculated.

Sequel has published a study of pitch decks, and its report refers to a "PitchLeague dataset". In an interview about that study, Sequel says it built the tool to help founders and also because it needed data. We found no privacy terms in the pages we reviewed, so read them before uploading.

PitchLeague Pricing in 2026

PitchLeague's own site labels the tool "100% Free", and we saw no plans or prices on it. Other listings differ: Capterra shows "Contact vendor for pricing" with no free version, and Software Advice says pricing is available on request.

Aigregator contradicts itself, calling the tool entirely free in its summary and a paid tool in its FAQ. We treat the vendor's label as primary and found no paid plan in the pages we reviewed.

What PitchLeague Is Built For, and Its Limits

What PitchLeague is built for

  • Price. The site labels the whole tool "100% Free", and we found no paid plan in the pages we reviewed.
  • Focus. Deck review is its main job: slide-by-slide feedback, scoring, re-uploads and a leaderboard.
  • Launch. Product Hunt launch in February 2024.

Where it falls short

  • Narrow scope. Aigregator says it targets pre-seed and seed founders, not later-stage companies; Theaitoolsbox calls it limited to pre-seed and seed intro decks.
  • Automated and self-reported. Aigregator notes that feedback is generated automatically and the leaderboard is self-reported, so scores are not investor-verified. It also flags limited detail on the scoring method.
  • Thin review trail. G2, Capterra and Software Advice show no user reviews.
  • No investor tools found. We found no investor database, outreach or CRM in the pages we reviewed.

PitchLeague vs Round Funded

PitchLeague is built for the deck question: deck coaching is its main job, and its site says it costs nothing. Round Funded is the pick once the deck is ready and the bottleneck is reaching investors: database, Gmail outreach, pipeline and a free Data Room in one place.

Best PitchLeague Alternatives in 2026

Round Funded

Round Funded is the pick for founders raising a round: it covers the step after the deck, with 60,000+ active VCs, angels, family offices and accelerators filtered to a check in the last 6 months, and AI-drafted outreach sent from your own Gmail. Round+ is $99/month, Round Pro $249/month and Lifetime $899 one-time (as of October 2026).

Slidebean

Slidebean is AI pitch deck software plus a pitch deck design agency, founded in 2014. As of October 2026, its pricing page lists Starter at $7/month billed yearly and Accelerate at $99/month billed monthly. It is built for deck design rather than investor outreach.

Pitches.ai

Aitoolnet's undated comparison page lists Pitches.ai as a paid tool starting from $95 per pitch. We did not check Pitches.ai's own pricing page, so treat that figure as unverified.

Decktopus AI and PitchBob.io

Challenging Voice names Pitches, PitchBob.io and Decktopus AI as the closest matches to PitchLeague in its directory. We found no prices or feature detail for PitchBob.io or Decktopus AI in the pages we reviewed; our roundup of pitch deck and data room tools covers more options.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does PitchLeague cost?

Nothing, per PitchLeague's own site, which labels the tool "100% Free" and lists no paid plan. Some directories show "Contact vendor for pricing" (Capterra) or pricing on request (Software Advice), which conflicts with the site. For a free deck check from Round Funded, try the pitch deck review.

The whole tool is free per its own site, and we found no separate free plan or trial. Capterra's listing says a free version is not included. Round Funded has no free tier but offers a 3-day free trial on Round+ and Round Pro for first-time accounts, card required; see pricing.

Is PitchLeague legit?

The public record is small but checkable. Nowfound found the site online in September 2026, and it launched on Product Hunt in February 2024. Product Hunt shows 7 reviews, while G2, Capterra and Software Advice show none. Aigregator notes the scores are automated and the leaderboard is self-reported. Round Funded is the pick for the investor side: 60,000+ active investors filtered to a check in the last 6 months, with outreach sent from your own Gmail.

Is Round Funded affiliated with PitchLeague?

No. Round Funded is not affiliated with PitchLeague or Sequel.
