Round Funded Affiliate Program Terms

Round Funded does not currently operate a public affiliate program. This page exists as a placeholder and to set expectations for partners who may participate in a future program.

1. Current Status

As of the date above, Round Funded is not accepting public applications for affiliate partnerships and is not paying out affiliate commissions to the general public.

If you are interested in partnering with Round Funded (for example, as a newsletter operator, accelerator program, or content creator with a relevant audience), please email support@roundfunded.com with details about your audience and how you would like to collaborate.

2. When a Public Program Launches

When Round Funded opens a public affiliate program, this page will be updated to include:

Commission rates and payout schedules.
Eligibility requirements for affiliates.
Rules around how Round Funded may be promoted (allowed channels, prohibited tactics).
Tracking, attribution, and clickid handling.
Conditions under which affiliate status may be revoked (for example, brand-damaging promotion, fraudulent traffic, false claims about the product).
Tax responsibility (affiliates are responsible for taxes on their commissions).

Existing partners under private arrangements will be subject to the specific terms communicated to them at the time of agreement.

3. Prohibited Promotional Tactics (Even Before Launch)

Whether or not you receive a commission, do not promote Round Funded using:

Spam (unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, forum spam, paid review farms).
Misleading claims (for example, "guaranteed funding" or "30-day money-back guarantee" — neither is true).
Trademark bidding on "Round Funded" or close variations in paid search.
Cloaking, cookie stuffing, or any form of attribution fraud.
Promotion through channels that may harm the Round Funded brand.

Violation of these tactics may result in legal action and exclusion from any future affiliate program.

5. Changes to This Page

The current version is always at https://www.roundfunded.com/legal/affiliate-policy. The terms here may be replaced in full once a public affiliate program launches — at which point the new terms will govern all affiliate activity from that date forward.
