We are building an AI-native risk intelligence platform that unifies merchant data from registries, transaction patterns, sanctions lists, and web intelligence. Our AI Agents analyze these combined signals in real time to provide dynamic, explainable risk assessments and compliance monitoring for underwriting and ongoing merchant risk management.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We don't have a single location; our team is distributed. After YC, we plan to continue operating remotely but may consider a hub based on where key hires and customers require us to be.

Explain your decision regarding location.

The distributed model lets us recruit the best talent and serve clients across multiple regions where merchant risk challenges differ. We want flexibility to adapt to global regulatory environments without being constrained to one location.
