We built Terra, our proprietary AI-powered property intelligence engine that aggregates and converts fragmented property and regulatory records from 24 states across India into a structured, queryable database. This supports enterprises in performing legal-grade due diligence, title searches, collateral verification, and property transactions with machine-interpretable accuracy.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the company is based there. We would remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Hyderabad is our home and the Indian property data infrastructure we're building requires local knowledge and proximity to partners. The market is here, and the regulatory landscape is complex, so being in Hyderabad keeps us close to the problem and customers.
