Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work across New York, San Francisco, and remotely. After YC, we will continue to operate from these locations to stay close to customers and talent in major real estate hubs.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Real estate and construction markets are centered in New York and San Francisco, and being local helps us build relationships. We also embrace remote work to access broader talent and support distributed teams.
