What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We build software that uses machine learning to design new proteins that can replace animal proteins in food products. Our platform generates novel protein sequences optimized for taste, texture, and sustainability. Food companies can use these proteins to make alternatives that scale without the environmental cost of animal agriculture.

We live in Emeryville, CA, and the company would remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Emeryville places us near biotech and food innovation hubs in the Bay Area. Staying local keeps us close to partners, labs, and suppliers critical to developing and scaling our proteins.
