We are building a platform that allows landlords to install solar panels on their income properties and sell the generated solar energy directly to their tenants. The product handles the energy metering, billing, and management, making it easy for landlords to adopt solar without dealing with complex energy markets or regulations.

We live in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, and the company is based there.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose to base the company in Tel Aviv because that's where we live and where we can connect with income property owners and solar suppliers. Israel has a growing solar energy market, and being local helps us navigate regulations and customer needs closely.
