What OurMenu does
OurMenu provides an online food ordering service. The company replaces ordering from a waiter with ordering from a website. OurMenu wants to let its users to order from phone instead of talking to a waiter, without downloading an app. Users can scan a QR code on the table, choose their food, order and pay, and then the food is brought tothem. OurMenu plans to charge restaurants $300 per month for the tech, and will aggregate the menu choice data to sell back to them.

Online food ordering via table QR codes
We built a web-based service that replaces ordering from a waiter with ordering from a website. Diners scan a QR code on their table, browse the menu, place orders, and pay on their phone without downloading an app. The restaurant receives the order and serves the food as usual.
We are currently remote; location not fixed. After YC, we plan to be wherever needed to scale the business, likely a major city with many restaurants.
We haven't settled on a fixed location yet since early traction and partnerships matter more now. We'll base ourselves where the market and team align after YC.
