We are building Runa, a cloud-based platform that automates payroll, HR management, time tracking, performance reviews, and reporting specifically for companies operating in Latin America. It solves the unique challenges of Latin American payroll regulations and integrates multiple HR functions in one place.
We are based in Mexico City, and we plan to keep the company here after YC to remain close to our initial market and customers.
