We are building a law firm organized like a startup. Our product is Atrium LTS, a technology and operations platform that improves how legal services are delivered to startups. It replaces traditional billable hours with software to drive transparency, efficiency, and better incentives for our legal team.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in San Francisco, CA, and would base the company here after YC.

San Francisco is the center of the startup ecosystem we serve. Being local helps us work closely with founders and keep our finger on the pulse of their legal needs.
