What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a credit reporting product tailored for landlords to evaluate tenants more accurately. Unlike traditional credit reports, ours includes rent payment data, helping tenants build credit simply by paying rent. This helps landlords reduce risk and tenants improve their financial profile.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and are based in Toronto, Canada. After YC, we'd remain based in Toronto, operating fully from there.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Toronto has a growing rental market and strong tech talent. Being remote from Silicon Valley isn't a barrier since our product is digital and serves both Canadian and U.S. landlords and tenants.
