What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a single platform that manages digital subscriptions, data rooms, and ongoing investor communication for private funds. It replaces fragmented tools with one product that investors and fund managers actually want to use.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work between Dallas and San Francisco. After YC, the company would be based where it makes the most sense to scale product and sales, likely San Francisco.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We began in Dallas where we're both from and have roots, but we spend time in San Francisco for access to fund managers, investors, and product talent.
