What Leena AI does

HR/IT/Finance professionals spend 50% of their time answering employees' questions and tickets. It’s even worse on the employee side, they have to wait for a long time for simple answers. We are live with 500 customers like Coca-Cola, Sony, Puma, Vodafone, Nestle, P&G, Airbnb, etc. We have raised over $40M from top VCs like Bessemer, Greycroft, Elad Gil, etc. Leena AI consumes company’s enterprise knowledge & starts answering all employee questions just like a human would. It can even answer complex personalized questions like Why is my salary less this month? Employees can access Leena AI from commonly used UIs like MS Teams or Slack.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We're building Leena AI, a virtual assistant that sits within companies and answers employee questions across HR, IT, and Finance. It draws on the company's internal knowledgebase to handle everything from simple FAQs to complex, personalized queries like "Why is my salary less this month?" Employees interact via Microsoft Teams, Slack, or other chat tools they already use. This saves HR and support teams from spending half their time answering repetitive tickets and speeds up employees getting the info they need.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and operate from New York City and New Delhi. After YC, we would continue to base the company in these locations to leverage the talent in both cities and serve global clients.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We split between NYC and New Delhi because it gives us access to enterprise customers in the US, plus a large engineering and AI talent pool in India. This setup helps us build and scale more efficiently across time zones and keeps us close to our key users.
