We are building AI employees that automate medical operations for clinics. Our core product is a system that acts as an AI employee to handle workflows from patient scheduling to billing by interfacing directly with existing EHR systems. The first product can talk to patients and use AI agents to book, reschedule, and recover canceled appointments, aimed at healthcare providers and hospitals.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Francisco, CA, and the company is based here as well. After YC, we would continue to be based in San Francisco.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco is where we are based and the hub for healthcare tech startups and AI talent, which fits our product development and customer engagement needs. We want to stay where the ecosystem and recruiting advantages are strongest.
