What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We're building a platform that streamlines how commercial real estate investors apply for loans by digitizing and automating much of the mortgage brokerage process. Our product connects borrowers with lenders more efficiently than traditional brokers, reducing manual paperwork and delays.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're based in Berlin, Germany, and would remain here after YC. We operate where our largest customer base and team already reside.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Berlin is our home and where we understand the local commercial mortgage market best. Our customers and partners are here, so it makes sense to base operations where we have direct access to the ecosystem.
