We are building cryptocurrency infrastructure tailored to Africa. Our products include Sendcash, which allows Africans in the diaspora to send money home easily, and Buycoins, which provides the simplest way to buy, sell, and manage crypto portfolios. We focus on the unique challenges of African financial systems and international money transfers using crypto.
We live in London, Los Angeles, and Lagos, Nigeria. After YC, the company would continue operating across these locations to stay close to our key markets and talent.
We are distributed across these cities because Africa is our primary market, with a large diaspora in LA and London. Being physically present where our users are helps us build a better product and navigate regulatory and operational complexities specific to these regions.
