Describe what your company does in 50 characters or less.

An AI-powered digital grocer that delivers in under 60 mins.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a grocery delivery platform that uses artificial intelligence to source produce from farms directly and deliver it to customers' doors within an hour. Our system predicts demand and optimizes inventory to reduce waste and costs.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in San Mateo, CA and the company is based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Mateo is where the team lives and where we built our network of farms and delivery routes, so it makes sense to keep the company here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the real Farmstead YC application?

No. This is a reconstruction: the real YC form questions, answered from Farmstead's public data (launch notes, founder backgrounds, product description). It shows how a company like Farmstead would present itself to YC, not the text they submitted. Y Combinator does not publish most applications.
