We built a platform to help people collect and share their medical records online from any doctor or hospital. Our service eliminates the hassle of dealing with paper records and lengthy phone calls and requests, making medical data accessible and portable for patients and healthcare providers.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently split time between New York City and San Francisco, and plan to base the company wherever makes the most sense after YC, likely San Francisco to be close to the tech community and investors.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our locations reflect founders' current residences and where healthcare and tech intersect. NYC has strong healthcare institutions, while SF is the hub for startups and investors; post-YC Bay Area presence will help growth and fundraising.
