Bird
The world's largest omnichannel communications platform
We build Bird CRM, a platform that lets businesses communicate with their customers across any channel - SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, WeChat, Messenger, Email, and more - all with the right context. It's designed to be the foundation for global business communication, handling billions of devices and connecting nearly 20,000 customers worldwide.
We live and base the company in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with hubs in Singapore, Dublin, Shanghai, Sydney, London, Bogota, and Asuncion. After YC, we would continue operating from Amsterdam and globally.
We chose Amsterdam because it's where the company started and it allows us access to a diverse, global tech talent pool. Our multiple hubs reflect our global customer base and allow us to operate close to customers worldwide while embracing a "Work Anywhere" culture.
