What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We are building hiring software tailored for the Indian recruitment market. Our product filters out spam and lets companies quickly see real candidates through snapshots that highlight relevant skills and experience. It is designed to simplify hiring in a market growing about 40% a year and overloaded with noise and irrelevant applications.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and plan to base the company here after YC as well.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Bengaluru is India's startup hub with access to both engineering talent and a strong hiring market. It also positions us close to our users and local enterprises, which is vital given the unique challenges in the Indian recruiting space.
