What FastJVM does

Making the JVM faster

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We analyze JVM bytecode and apply optimizations that are provably safe, like automatic parallelization. Our tool identifies bottlenecks and rewrites code under the hood to run faster on standard JVMs. It can improve existing applications without changing their source or requiring manual tuning.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in Palo Alto, CA, and plan to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Being in Palo Alto keeps us close to both YC and the larger Silicon Valley ecosystem, which is crucial for hiring and customer development.
