We make Palmless™, a bioengineered alternative to palm oil and related fats. Our platform uses yeast biomanufacturing to produce sustainable oils that perform better in consumer products while reducing the carbon footprint of supply chains.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in New York, NY, and intend to keep the company based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We chose New York because it has a unique biotech ecosystem and access to ingredients and consumer-product customers. It's also where the founders are based and where our team works daily.
