We built an internal platform that makes it easy for employees to discover colleagues, organize in-person meetings, and manage internal events. It's designed to boost connection and attendance by bringing all workplace engagement activities in one place. Instead of juggling emails or scattered tools, employees and HR teams use Café to create a real sense of community.
We live in Paris, Île-de-France, and the company is based here. If accepted, we would base the company in the US temporarily after YC.
Paris is where we started Café and built our initial team and product. We're globally focused but maintain our base where we have our network and roots. We'll move after YC because that's where our investors and key growth opportunities are.
