What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an online platform that helps real estate developers in LATAM sell new properties and close mortgages faster. Our product unifies the process so home buyers complete everything in a few simple steps without needing multiple intermediaries. This reduces the time to sell and approve mortgages by about six times compared to the usual process.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live and work in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia. After YC, we plan to keep the company based here.

Explain your decision regarding location.

The Latin American real estate market we serve is right here. Medellín is where we have the best access to customers and the local market knowledge to grow. We want to stay close to our users and maintain control of operations on the ground.
