What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an AI operating system that captures all of a firm's institutional knowledge - deals, diligence, decisions - and applies it to streamline private market workflows. Our product analyzes data rooms, creates investment committee memos, monitors portfolio companies, and automates LP reporting, all tailored for private equity and venture capital firms.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're based in New York City and plan to keep the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are in New York because it's the hub of private markets and a natural place to build products for institutional investors here. Being close to our early users and domain experts matters.
