It's a fool-proof way for managers and their teams to keep goals clear, measurable, and up-to-date at all levels of the org.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in San Francisco, CA, and after YC the company would remain based here.

We're based in SF because that's where the product team lives and where most of our early users are. It keeps us close to potential customers and the heart of tech innovation.
