What Snaptalent does

Snaptalent powers a distributed job advertisement network primarily meant for developer listings. Job ads submitted to Snaptalent are displayed on the service's participating websites. A unique feature about the network is that it will detect the IP addresses of website visitors and attempt to identify whether they work for a particular company or attend a particular university. It will then serve up targeted ads that have been designated for, say, employees of Google or students of Carnegie Mellon.

Snaptalent is a distributed job advertisement network focused on developer job listings. We display job ads submitted through our service on a network of participating websites. The key feature is that we detect visitors' IPs and identify if they work for specific companies or attend certain universities, serving targeted job ads tailored to those audiences.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in London and San Francisco. After YC, the company would be based in the Bay Area.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We are split between London and San Francisco because that matches where we live. Being in the Bay Area post-YC makes sense to access investors and partners more easily.
