We built Tipjoy, a social payments engine designed to let merchants sell digital content and features, help charities raise money, and enable individuals to send money to each other. Our product simplifies small transactions online where traditional payment methods are cumbersome.
We don't have a fixed location right now. After YC, we'd base the company where the team can work best and connect with partners, likely where either Abigail or the co-founder is located.
We didn't start in a specific hub; we want to stay flexible and focus on product and user growth first. YC's community will give us the network and resources to pick a location that works.
