We are building an AI Estimator for construction that reads contracts, specs, and drawings to identify risks and obligations. Our product reduces the time contractors spend reviewing documents, so they can focus on winning bids and delivering projects profitably by spotting critical issues early.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Toronto, Canada, and plan to base the company there even after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Toronto has been our home and the center of our early growth. We have a strong technical team here and close connections to the construction industry in the region, so it makes sense to continue building here.
