We live in San Francisco and have a distributed remote team, and the company is based in San Francisco, CA.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Francisco has the technical talent and financial ecosystem we need. Being remote lets us hire the best people regardless of location, but HQ remains here because it's where we connect deeply with financial clients.
