What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a U.S. equities ATS that addresses how traditional trading venues match orders poorly compared to what traders need. Our product lets institutional investors execute large orders better by improving order matching fundamentally, rather than layering technology on top of outdated exchange models.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY, and plan to base the company here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is where the institutional investor community and equity traders are. Being close to these users helps us build a product that fits their needs and iterate quickly.
