We built a platform that helps HR and managers map and activate the skills of their workforce. Our product provides a market library of over 20,000 skills with AI-powered skill suggestions. It lets users identify strengths and skill gaps, guide personalized upskilling, and dynamically deploy talent to projects or roles via a smart Opportunity Marketplace. The goal is to enable companies to put the right people in the right roles to improve performance and growth.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and are based in San Jose, CA, with a distributed remote team around the world.

Explain your decision regarding location.

San Jose is our headquarters because it keeps us close to major tech and enterprise customers, but remote work lets us tap talent globally and stay flexible.
