What Kombo does

We built Kombo to provide a single API that software companies can use to integrate with multiple HR and recruiting systems. Instead of building and maintaining dozens of separate integrations, companies use Kombo to connect once and cover all the platforms their customers use. This drastically reduces engineering time and complexity for our users.
We live in Berlin, Germany, and the company is based here. After YC, we intend to keep it based in Berlin.
Berlin is where all four of us live and work. It has a strong tech talent pool and affordable costs compared to other major European cities, which suits a small startup team like ours. Staying in Berlin helps us move fast and stay close to our initial customers.
