We built a platform that automates incorporation, compliance, bookkeeping, and tax filings for startups. Our product lets founders handle these critical but time-consuming operational tasks in one place without hiring experts or juggling multiple vendors.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in New York, NY, and the company operates remotely with a base in New York. After YC, we would remain remote but keep New York as our legal and operational base.
