Improving Developer Experience with Streamlined Code Reviews

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built Axolo to make code reviews less painful by integrating them directly into Slack. Our product sends real-time notifications about pull requests and lets teams discuss them naturally where they already hang out, speeding up review cycles and reducing context switching for engineering, product, and design teams.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We currently live in Paris, Île-de-France, France, and after YC we plan to be remote-first while maintaining our ties to Paris.

Explain your decision regarding location.

We started in Paris because that's where we are, and remote work fits our small team and globally distributed users. Staying remote after YC keeps us flexible and able to hire outside our local area.
