What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built FirstSupport, an AI-powered assistant for customer support agents using Zendesk. Our product helps agents reply faster by summarizing support tickets, translating multiple languages, and quickly pulling the right info from their knowledge bases. It also gives weekly reports so support managers can track performance.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're based in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia and operating remotely. After YC, we'll likely keep the company here and continue remote work to stay flexible.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Bandung offers a good balance of talent and cost. Remote work lets us tap into developers and customers globally without relocating. It works well for us as a small team of four.
