We build a lending platform that provides financing to small and medium residential developers in Indonesia and the Philippines. Our product helps these developers scale their pre-sold affordable housing projects by giving them easier access to capital, addressing a gap in construction financing in Southeast Asia.
We live in Singapore and operate remotely. After YC, we plan to keep the company based in Singapore to stay close to our growing Southeast Asian markets.
