We are building an operating system for HR teams that starts by solving one of their biggest headaches: connecting and integrating their scattered HR data systems. On top of that, we enable any team to create and deploy personalized AI analysts that help them make sense of their data and run HR more intelligently. This moves beyond tools that just show data, toward agents that work for the HR team.
We don't list a specific location publicly and are currently distributed. After YC we would base the company wherever makes sense for remote-first founders and customers.
We are remote now to leverage our flexibility and to find customers and team members wherever they are. Post-YC, we'd remain flexible but aligned with where the core team and early users are.
