What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built an insurance platform tailored for real estate investors, landlords, and property managers. Our product simplifies finding and managing investment property insurance using expert-backed coverage and tools that fit the workflows of real estate professionals. We enable fast quotes and embedded technology to remove friction in an industry that traditionally moves slowly and is hard to navigate.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live and work in Chicago, IL, and after YC the company would remain based there.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Chicago is our home and where we've built our network strong in real estate and insurance. It's the backbone of our team and the market we serve. Staying here lets us stay close to our customers and our growing team.
