What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We are building a platform that removes financing contingencies from homebuying. Our product gives buyers the certainty to make stronger offers by either guaranteeing their financing or smoothing closing risks. It helps them win in competitive markets and negotiate with leverage they didn't have before.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Austin, TX, and the company will remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Austin has a growing real estate market, strong tech talent, and lower costs than other hubs. It also keeps us close to our engineers and early users, making it easier to iterate quickly.
