We have built an apartment marketing platform tailored to brokerages and property management companies. Our product automates listing distribution and marketing for rental properties, helping brokers and landlords push millions of units in front of prospective renters online. It combines listing management, syndication, and performance tracking in one place.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We work remotely but would be based in Silicon Valley after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Being remote allows us to stay lean and flexible during early stages. After YC, moving to Silicon Valley helps us access mentorship, investors, and a strong startup community to scale the company faster.
