What Worklytics does

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a product that passively analyzes anonymous collaboration data from tools like Google Workspace and Slack to identify the key drivers of employee engagement. Rather than relying on repeated surveys, our tool detects patterns in team communication and behavior that correlate with satisfaction, then delivers actionable insights to managers.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We live in Seattle, Washington, and we plan to remain based here after YC.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Seattle is where Philip lives and where the initial customer base and network are. It has a good tech talent base and a strong business climate for enterprise SaaS, so it makes sense to build and grow Worklytics here.
