Customers include eLearning, SaaS, and membership businesses that want to boost retention, plus ecommerce and magazines looking to understand subscription trends for cross-selling and upselling.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're currently split between London and San Francisco, with the company distributed across both locations.

Explain your decision regarding location.

Our team spans London and San Francisco because that's where our founder Kashif Saleem and key team members are based. Serving SMBs internationally means a global presence helps us stay close to key markets and users.
