We built SilkChart to analyze sales calls and score how well sales reps follow their playbooks. It detects moments where reps could improve and surfaces coaching opportunities to managers. The product also gives reps actionable feedback in real time so they can close more deals.

We stay in San Francisco to be close to sales orgs, investors, and AI talent. The remote setup helps us tap into diverse skills while keeping core operations and customer conversations centered here.
