Take Back Control of your Time
We built RescueTime to automatically track how users spend time on their computers and devices. It provides detailed reports that help people understand where their time goes, so they can protect focused work periods and improve work-life balance. It's primarily used by knowledge workers and teams who want to increase productivity by setting boundaries and minimizing distractions.
We live across the U.S. but the company is officially based in Seattle, Washington. After YC, we'll continue to operate as a distributed team based out of Seattle.
We are distributed because we want to attract talent from across the country while maintaining a home in Seattle where the company is registered. Remote work lets us stay flexible and efficient without losing our Seattle identity.
