What Resolve does

At Resolve we’re accelerating construction to build as fast as the future demands. Construction projects are all slowed down by rework that arises after humans spot issues in real life that slipped through all the hours of design reviews and coordination. Resolve enables construction teams to detect these issues in 3D BIM as early as possible so that we can close the gap between design and reality. By combining realtime collaboration in the web, immersive VR reviews, and AI-driven spatial navigation into the most easy to use platform for BIM reviews, Resolve empowers construction teams to identify risks earlier, coordinate faster, and deliver higher-quality assets across mission-critical infrastructure. Resolve has been used to deliver over 6GW of data center capacity and on projects across pharma, water treatment, healthcare, and other critical assets.

Software to accelerate construction by finding issues in 3D BIM

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.

We built a platform for construction teams to find and fix problems in 3D BIM models before construction starts. Our product combines real-time web collaboration, immersive VR reviews, and AI-powered spatial navigation to catch errors that typically cause rework and delays on site.

Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?

We're based in New York, NY with a remote team. After YC, we will remain based in New York.

Explain your decision regarding location.

New York is where our construction and real estate customers are concentrated, and it's where we have the best access to early users and domain expertise. Being remote also lets us recruit talent globally.
